The basics

What is PVT PLN?+

PVT PLN is the cultural operating system — one passport for the whole arts and entertainment world. Events, releases, rights, drops, commerce, membership, and custom music all live under a single account, connected, instead of scattered across ten tools that never talk to each other.

Who is PVT PLN for?+

Creators, venues, sponsors, fans, crew, and local businesses. Everyone enters through one reviewed door, then sees the slice of the system that's theirs — the same passport, a different cockpit for each role.

Is it free to browse, or do I have to pay?+

The public platform is open to browse — no account required. Voting, following, claiming drops, and making requests open once you reserve a pass. And creators start free, forever: you only upgrade when you want Release Hub, drops, and membership.

How is this different from just using ten separate tools?+

The advantage was never one more app. PVT PLN makes your catalog, shows, fans, and payouts one connected graph that hands off automatically — put up a show, turn the night into a release, open a store, pay collaborators, without re-entering a thing.

What does "one passport, many roles" actually mean?+

One identity travels with you across every role you play. Tickets, drops, merch, and membership all settle to the same passport, so being a fan at one show and a creator at the next doesn't mean two logins and two reputations — it's one you, everywhere.

Getting in

What does "reviewed, not gatekept" mean?+

Every account is reviewed by a person — not an algorithm, not who you know. There's no label deal to land, no promoter to know, no buying onto the bill. Every decision is stated in the open, and the rubric is the only currency.

How does review actually work?+

Four steps, the same for everyone. You apply; we verify you're real and the work is yours (pass/fail); a panel reviews craft against a published rubric; and a person signs the decision. You're admitted in waves — or returned with specific, actionable notes.

See the path in →
Why is there a waitlist, and how long until I hear back?+

We open access in waves so the culture, the crew, and the rooms stay matched. If this wave isn't yours, you get notes and the next wave opens automatically — no reapplying from zero. Most applicants get a decision in about nine days.

Do fans get reviewed too?+

No. Fans get in instantly — no wait, no review. Reserve a pass and you can start voting, attending, and belonging tonight.

What happens if I'm not admitted this wave?+

You get a real review with specific feedback — never a silent no. A "not yet" comes with a clear path back, and the next wave is already open. Notes, not nos, and never starting over.

Platform & products

What is the Twin?+

Your Twin is an AI presence you name and brand to your identity. It starts by answering fans in text, then gains voice, visuals, and a living avatar over time — the same Twin, growing with you, fronting your catalog, drops, store, and shows.

What is Event Studio?+

Event Studio is PVT PLN's event module: any creator or venue can spin up an event and run it end to end — programming, fan voting, ticket tiers, run-of-show, day-of command, and recap — hosted on a PVT PLN address, with the whole ecosystem behind it.

What is FlightDeck?+

FlightDeck is the same platform licensed white-label — run as your own brand and domain, with tenant management and an SLA. It's how promoters, venues, and festivals put their name on the front while PVT PLN powers everything underneath.

What's the difference between Event Studio and FlightDeck?+

Event Studio is the workspace — branded PVT PLN and free to start. FlightDeck is that same platform licensed as your own brand. One is where you build on us; the other is where you build as you, on top of us.

What is LIVE Xperience?+

A live experience the audience helps program, running in-venue, streamed, or self-hosted from the same event. Fans vote the lineup, members get the doors first, and any room or screen becomes one connected event.

When are voice and visual Twins available?+

Chat is live today. Voice is in build, and visual follows. Every capability is truth-labeled inside the product, so you always know exactly what's shipping now and what's on the roadmap.

04

Money, rights & payouts

Do you take a cut of my sales?+

During early access there are no platform fees on payouts — standard processing applies. And we state every fee in the open before you commit. Reviewed, not gatekept applies to pricing too.

See pricing →
How do splits and payouts work?+

Rights and splits are cleared up front and attached to the release, so payouts never break later. After a release closes, agreed splits settle to every collaborator's passport — with a full statement, no manual reconciliation.

Are my rights and identity protected?+

Yes. At intake we verify you're who you say you are and that the work is yours to submit — no impersonation, no stolen catalogs. Samples, covers, and sync are cleared with consent on record before anything goes live.

What are Custom Music Requests?+

Ask the artists you back for a cover, a dedication, an event set, or a brand moment. The team reviews it, the artist accepts, and a cover clears the original automatically — so the request is legitimate from the first note.

See Custom Requests →
What are Early Shares?+

Early Shares let fans back the artists they love early and share in what they release. The creator sets their commission; the rest is shared among early supporters by how much they backed. On the roadmap, and truth-labeled in product.
